The VPSA process is a relatively advanced oxygen production process commonly used at home and abroad. Raw air is sent to Tower A by a Roots blower via an inlet filter and a muffler. Air passes through the molecular sieve bed and nitrogen is adsorbed. The oxygen product enters the buffer tank and the pressure from the compressor to the user is used for the purpose.
